I recommend using overripe bananas for this recipe. Both of my bananas I used had brown spots, which made the bread even more flavorful. This recipe calls for 2 medium bananas. If you can only get small bananas, just use 3 instead of 2.

It is very important to make sure that the dry and wet ingredients are mixed in a separate bowl before combining them. This ensures that you mix both wet and dry mixes very well. By doing this, you also allow the apple cider vinegar and milk mixture to thicken before mixing it together.
After pouring the batter into the baking dish, sprinkle the remaining (1/4 cup) chocolate chips on top. By doing this, he prevents the chocolate from sinking to the bottom of the cake loaf. In this case, the chocolate chips will be displayed on the bread even after it is baked.
Where to find vegan chocolate chips? I got these chocolate chips from Trader Joes. They had two variations of chocolate chunks, chocolate chunks and chocolate chunks. As you can see, I used chocolate chips for this bread. If you can’t find vegan chocolate chips or chunks at your local grocery store, you can buy two vegan chocolate bars and crush them into smaller pieces. They will still taste great in your chocolate banana cake.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread: So Moist, With Lots Of Chocolate! Baking A Moment
This is the best part. I promise this banana bread is super easy to make! If you already eat plant foods, you should have most of the ingredients on hand!
First make sure you have 4 very ripe bananas (eg black skins). You’ll also need 1 medium-ripe or green banana for garnish, but that’s optional, so if you don’t have it, that’s okay!
In one bowl, you first mash the bananas and then add the wet ingredients: ground flaxseed, vegetable milk, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl you combine the dry ingredients: coconut sugar, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, flour and vegan dark chocolate pieces.
Chocolate Chip Paleo Vegan Banana Bread
Finally, you will add the dry ingredients to the wet, mix, transfer to a baking dish and put in the oven. That’s it!
Cooking time should be about 10 minutes or so, and then you can do other things while the banana bread bakes for about 40-50 minutes.
We usually store our banana bread in an airtight container on the counter. Here it is stored for up to 4 days. So there will be enough snacks for more than half a week!
You can also store it in the fridge, only in an airtight container, to prevent drying out and spoilage.
