Using the mixture was very simple. You have the option of making tortillas, dinner rolls or sandwich bread. What you choose will change the amount of eggs, water, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil. I chose sandwich bread because I was running low.

The instructions are very clear. Add 4 eggs, 1 tablespoon water, and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. I didn’t want to use that, so I opted for balsamic vinegar instead. Bake at 350°F / 176°C for 35 – 45 minutes and it’s ready! Looking at it, 40 minutes is a lot of time.

I was skeptical because I didn’t have yeast, but I watched it rise in the oven. Has a crumbly or loose-looking crust. When it cools, the inside is cut to make it soft. The consistency may vary slightly, but it was pleasant. The almonds had a sweet taste and the balsamic vinegar worked well. It reminded me of a very light fruit bread. I liked it best sprinkled with sunflower seeds, as it was a little dry when served alone. It’s great with soup or as part of a sandwich. The jam also made a beautiful dish!
