Prepare the pan. Line a 9X5 loaf pan. Cut a strip of parchment paper 9 inches wide. Then fold it over to fit the bottom and long edges of the pan. Spray or grease the pan and paper.
Cut it. Slice the bananas and measure out 1 ½ cups. You can do this with your hands or in a small bowl with a wooden spoon.

Keep an eye on it as it bakes, as you’ll want to cover it with foil when it starts to brown. If you don’t cover it, until the bread has finished baking, the edges will be quite dark.
Every oven cooks differently, so start checking the bread around 45 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The top will also be quite stiff and will not curl at all.

Preheat oven to 350ºF. grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan. You can line the pan with parchment paper and then spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
