Well, today I’m going to show you how to make the easiest ice cream ever. No baking, no waiting, no milk, no added sugar.

How To Make One Ingredient Banana Ice Cream

As if that could be right? Not! We’re talking about how to make banana ice cream popsicles, and if you haven’t tried it yet, you’re going to love it. This simple, one-ingredient dessert will satisfy those ice cream cravings, but still leave you feeling nice and light!

Simply put, banana ice cream is “ice cream” made from frozen bananas! I call it “ice cream” because even though it’s not technically ice cream, it has the same creamy texture and banana flavor! It’s called “super creamer” because it’s a healthier version and it’s made with “naners,” as some call it bananas.

You can make banana ice cream, but again, it’s not technically ice cream. Traditional ice cream is made with sugar, cream and sometimes even eggs. Banana ice cream? Just bananas!

But if you love bananas, this ice cream will definitely satisfy your cravings. Banana ice cream is creamy, smooth, delicious and easy to make!

Healthy Nice Cream

You only need two things to make banana ice cream: frozen bananas and a high-powered food processor/blender. It only takes about 5 minutes!

Freeze your bananas. Peel and slice before freezing for easy mixing!

Add them to your food processor. I like using a food processor because I don’t have to add liquid to blend, so it’s creamier. But you can also do this in a blender – just make sure you have something special enough to blend the ice cream.

We can’t write about ice cream without adding chocolate! Chocolate is my favorite flavor of all the ice creams and it’s so good. Not just the banana base, but the cherries add a really nice complexity to the flavor. And of course we add some cocoa powder to make it nice and chocolaty!

How To Make Banana Ice Cream {4 Flavors}

Add the bananas and cherries to the food processor and process until creamy. Add the avocado and cocoa powder and continue to process until smooth. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

And last but not least…crumbs! Peppermint was never my favorite, but in recent years it has become an addiction. I’m here for any chocolate flavor with glitter! A healthy version of thin ice cream – you’ll love it!

Add all ingredients to a food processor and process on high until smooth and creamy. Draw the sides if necessary. Serve with cocoa nibs or chocolate chips on top!
