I’ve never been able to accurately predict my family’s banana consumption: one week we eat them all, the next they’re sitting brown in the bowl. This thin banana bread is my basic banana bread recipe (if you’re looking for marble, chocolate, tea spice, whole wheat, or coconut flavored versions, click here). The bread is great right out of the oven, re-toasted for breakfast the next day. My family loves this, but feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips if you like.
