Walnut Banana Bread
This recipe calls for an 8×4 inch loaf pan that makes a tall loaf. This recipe works with an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan, resulting in a slightly shorter loaf. Since the pan is slightly larger, the cooking time will be shorter, 47 to 57 minutes. A 9 x 5-inch pan can make an exceptionally short but delicious loaf. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
