No one can tell the difference, thanks to the combination of low-carb flour, a high-quality natural sugar substitute, and an easy substitute for bananas. Just add the banana bread almond flour, bake, and then chill (really, the hard part!).

Diabetic Banana Nut Bread Recipe
This keto banana bread uses a blend of low carb flours to give your bread the perfect thickness and moisture, just like the real thing. Sometimes you have to use a mixture of flour to get that “just right” texture, and this is one of those times. The wet/dry ratio is very important here, as it ensures the right texture. Whole Blanched Almond Flour and Whole Coconut Yum are both well blended and create the perfect consistency.

This low-carb banana bread recipe is quick and easy to make and always comes out moist and delicious.
The basic ingredients (banana, almond flour and cinnamon) provide a lot of flavor so you don’t need to use a lot of sweeteners. Just half a cup of Stevia or other non-carb sweeteners will do the trick.
With only 5 grams of carbs per serving, this recipe is keto-friendly if you eat in moderation!
Sugar Free Banana Nut Bread Recipe
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 7.5-inch pan with parchment paper. Leave a coat.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the softened bananas, eggs, and melted coconut oil. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Step 3: In a separate mixer, combine the almond flour, xanthan gum, granulated stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder.
Step 4: Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until the dough is smooth and well combined. Add chopped walnuts or pecans.
No Sugar Banana Bread
Step 6: Bake for 35 – 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 7: Remove and rest for 15 – 20 minutes in the container. When the bread appears to be cool enough to be removed, remove it from the pan and allow to cool before slicing.
There’s nothing better in the morning than eating the delicious banana bread you made the day before. But to keep it fresh, it needs to be treated properly.
You can store your banana bread in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. This keeps it moist and flavorful, ready for whenever you want a slice.
