Adding a swirl to this Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread is easier than you think. Cinnamon Swirl has three ingredients -> melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
To make the cinnamon swirl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl and stir until a thick, dark syrup forms.
Pour half of your banana bread into the oiled pan, then pour half of the cinnamon on top of the cinnamon swirl, using a knife or toothpick to mix the two together. Don’t rotate too much. You want the swirl in the middle of the banana bread to be a little thick.

After finishing the first swirl, pour the remaining banana bread dough into the swirl and swirl the pan to settle things. Add the rest of the cinnamon on top of the banana bread and roll it up again! You can get fancy with this tourbillon!

Cinnamon Swirl: Almond flour, raw walnuts, coconut sugar, cinnamon powder, sea salt, coconut oil. This combination delivers a melt-in-the-mouth super fluted swirl of nice, chewy streusel that will make your day!
The process of making this bread is simple – we prepare a cinnamon/streasel topping and banana bread dough. We mix, bake, enjoy!
Mind Blowing Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread (easy Recipe)
In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the cinnamon stick until well combined and set aside until ready to use.
Combine the ingredients for the banana bread in a blender and blend until smooth (note: if you don’t have a high-powered blender, you can blend everything in a bowl).
Pour half of the banana bread dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture. Pour the remaining banana bread dough on top and smooth into an even layer. Sprinkle the rest of the streusel topping on top.
Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove the bread from the oven and cover with aluminum foil. Put it back in the oven and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until the bread is cooked through.
