To freeze bananas, peel and cover them in an airtight bag or container and freeze for up to 6 months. I put the bag in the bag, the same rate of interest used to make banana bread. So there are about 2-3 bananas per bag. Let them sit in the fridge overnight and they’ll be a little moist, but the next day they’ll be ready to bake in perfectly delicious banana bread.
