Do you see a theme going on here? I mentioned last week that I was on a banana bread kick, and from the last few posts, the banana kick is strong. I’m laughing that this is my second banana bread post in a week, mainly because my husband doesn’t even like banana bread. He doesn’t eat at all. My kids love it and of course – I love it. I finished this banana oat bread three times a week, so we had an abundance of banana bread in the house for a long time. My husband will be happy that I’m finally posting this and I can now move on to another recipe.

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. You can line a pan with parchment paper and then spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, vegetable oil, milk and eggs. Mix until combined. Add the bananas.
In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients one at a time and stir until combined.
