Banana Bread With Ripe Bananas – Banana bread is one of the easiest desserts/side dishes you can make. My ex-husband is allergic to eggs, so I make meals that suit his sensibilities, and this egg-free banana bread is one of his favorites.
I should have put the egg in them… I mean, he’s my ex for a reason. hahahaha
Banana Bread With Ripe Bananas
He likes bananas – but not very often – sad bananas and when they’re ripe we don’t eat them – so we made banana bread.
The Best Classic Banana Bread
My ex-husband is allergic to eggs, so when I started making banana bread, I had to make banana bread without eggs. Luckily – it’s super easy to replace eggs in a regular recipe and still come out with moist and delicious eggless banana bread!
First, mash the old bananas. If you have unripe bananas – you can put them in the microwave for 30 seconds and they will melt just right.
Then cream the sugar and butter and it’s not hard to do. I always try to use softened butter for this – then stir for a few minutes.
I am a novice baker to say the least. I don’t even own a mixer. I have a hand blender with a hose attachment. I was surprised at how well it worked. And it’s less than $30. I got a gift after the fundraiser and never used it – but it’s awesome! Open the attachment and go.
Bananas Were Getting Too Ripe
So your banana, Mix together the butter/sugar and dry ingredients – mix and go into the pan (or muffin tin).
Bake this eggless banana bread for about 45 minutes until it’s crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. This eggless banana bread is ready for you and your loved ones. If you’re feeling dusty, you can also add nuts or chocolate chips. Since banana bread is made with baking soda yeast, banana bread, which is not yeast bread, is a misnomer. These are commonly known as quick breads.
As the bananas ripen, The higher the sugar content, the It reduces the amount of sugar you need to add. It is important that the other ingredients reduce the intensity of the banana because the ripe banana reduces the intensity of the banana. At the very least, as long as you want your banana to look like the one on the left, and the one on the right isn’t moldy, it’s fair game.
As with any cake, Banana bread is wheat flour; sugar fat It is a mixture of liquid and yeast. For the recipe, I like to use all-purpose flour that is low in gluten. I used the one with 9% gluten. This gives you more freedom to mix without the dough getting too tight. For sugar, Using evaporated cane juice tastes better than granulated sugar.
Ba’s Best Banana Bread Recipe
Butter is the fat of choice for banana bread because of its wonderful flavor, but vegetable oil or coconut oil also work. There’s also some fat in the yogurt and egg yolks that work with the butter to keep the cake moist.
For liquid banana, A combination of yogurt and eggs is used. If you’ve ever mashed a banana, you know it’s not liquid. But that’s another reason why it’s important to use overripe bananas. As the banana ripens, the starch turns into sugar and releases water molecules. This is just a fancy way of saying that a ripe banana is more juicy than an unripe banana. Yogurt not only acts as a water source, but also adds flavor and helps bind the dough together (more on that later).
Finally, banana bread is baked with an egg and baking soda. Unlike baking powder, Baking soda needs acid to react where the yogurt is. That’s why many biscuit and pancake recipes call for buttermilk (although yogurt is usually used instead of yogurt).
There are two important things to consider when trying to make banana bread soft. First, you need to add enough fat to the dough. In this recipe, the fat is eggs, It comes from yogurt and butter, but if you decide to replace these ingredients, make sure to replace them with other forms of fat (like coconut oil).

Second, be careful not to mix the batter. Once the wet ingredients are combined, the gluten in the flour begins to form long strands as the dough becomes stronger by mixing. An overworked dough results in a tough, chewy banana bread. So when folding things, it’s important to count every hand and foot movement.
Chocolate and bananas are a match made in heaven, so I love banana bread topped with chocolate chips. Sometimes I add cocoa powder to the batter to make double chocolate banana bread.
I don’t like nuts in banana bread, but I like to add chopped walnuts or pecans. You can easily turn this recipe into banana bread by adding your favorite nuts in place of or in place of the chocolate.
For the final trick, You can add some other fruits. Some ideas are bananas, grapes Strawberry, Blueberries or strawberries, sliced.

Second, do you sometimes want to cook something? Is it just me or does everyone feel this way (especially in the winter)? I wanted to cook something easy that would make my whole kitchen smell amazing.
