Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Bread With Walnuts

And for a richer and more moisturized texture, I use Greek yogurt combined with vegetable oil. You can replace sour milk with the same amount of sour cream and vegetable oil with 4 ounces of butter (softened at room temperature) if you prefer.
Use ripe bananas to add sweet and deep flavor. If your banana isn’t ripe yet, put it in a brown bag for a day and it’s ready!
When the bananas are very ripe, you can add them to the bowl with the remaining ingredients and grind with a hand blender.
Chocolate Chip And Walnut Banana Bread Recipe
After adding flour to wet ingredients, do not mix too much. And don’t bake … Moisture is the key!
You can finish the banana bread with bananas cut in half lengthwise. Or, like me now, a handful of walnuts and chocolate and sprinkle with palm sugar.
