Banana Bread Recipe With 2 Bananas
Banana bread is always a good idea. There’s never a bad time to make this quick and easy banana bread. This recipe has a secret ingredient that makes it so easy – Bisqueak!! In the traditional banana bread recipe, flour and a few other ingredients are substituted.
Easy Banana Bread (no Mixer!) Recipe
We love banana bread. I always save my ripe bananas so I can make a loaf or two. You can also freeze banana bread before cooking. Take it out and leave it for a few minutes until it melts and add it to the dough.
Do you need to change your bike? Not just flour. It’s also different from the self-promotional four. It contains other ingredients such as yeast and oil. In a medium bowl using a pastry cutter:
Stir until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Since most store-bought butter is hydrogenated, it can be stored on the shelf. I use butter for the oil, so this recipe should keep in the fridge or freezer for up to 3 months.
Mix it up. In a large bowl, mix together bananas, sugar, milk, butter, vanilla and eggs. Once combined, add Bisquick mixture and nuts. Add to pan, stir until smooth.
Ingredient Banana Bread
Cook Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Place the top on a wire rack and cool completely.
Note: At high altitudes (3,500 to 6,500 feet): Preheat oven to 375 F. Reduce sugar to ½ cup and add milk & frac13; Pour 3 tablespoons of oil into the cup. Increase the cooking time from 55 to 60 minutes.
Storage: Keep biscotti banana bread wrapped and stored at room temperature for up to 4 days, or refrigerated for up to 10 days. You can also freeze this bread for 2-3 months. Double the recipe, make an extra freezer. Ideal for fast food or company travel.
Bananas usually last 4+ days on the counter and are good for making bread. I have these tricks that you can use to make this bread in less than 4 days. *This time is based on using slightly greener bananas.

Side note: When the bananas are ready to eat, I throw them straight into the freezer. So it’s always on hand when I want to make bread. Allow to thaw, cut off the end of the shell and squeeze the top. The banana will fall out immediately.

So one way to say it is that they are soft to the touch. They will also start to develop brown spots on their skin. Perfectly ripe bananas for banana bread will be nice and soft, with lots of brown flecks. If the skin is green, they won’t make very good banana bread. On the other hand, make sure that they are not too ripe, because by this time they can be confused.
Banana Chocolate Chip Bread Recipe
As I mentioned above, this is a 2 banana bread recipe and we only use 2 bananas, which have to be really big. Besides, the brand of banana doesn’t really matter.
Banana bread does not need refrigeration. Good in contact at room temperature. Store in an airtight container to maximize freshness. We recommend a kitchen that every kitchen should have! Banana bread should stay fresh in this container for up to 1 week.
You can easily freeze banana bread. Allow to cool completely. Then pack in a freezer bag or freezer bag. Stores well in the refrigerator for about 5 months. You can freeze a whole loaf and then thaw it as needed. Or you can cut the bread into slices and freeze them separately, or at least separate them with parchment paper.
