Just bananas! Banana flour is easy to veganize by adding another banana, which acts as a binder, replacing eggs or other eggs. A tried and true vegan banana bread! This delicious vegan banana bread recipe is a great snack and a great way to start the day.

One Bowl Recipe: In a mixing bowl, mash 3 – 4 bananas (about 1 1/2 cups to 1 3/4 cups works well), add the cream/applesauce and vanilla. extract, combine again.
