My wheat banana bread blew my mind. To be honest, I didn’t expect much. This bread is just a way to get rid of 3 overripe bananas and a jar of apple cider vinegar. I make my banana bread with butter and all-purpose flour because that’s where all the good stuff is hiding. Well, after 1 bite of this “nothing good” banana bread, I was proven wrong.

Plus, this whole wheat banana bread slices up like a dream. I like to eat bread in front of the fridge when I want breakfast or it’s a good meal for all of us – adults and children. We all love him. (Especially with the peanut butter spread on each slice!)

Did you know you can use your electric blender to mash bananas? Mash or cut the fallen bananas into large chunks and place them in the mixing bowl – or use a standard mixing bowl and the blade of a hand mixer. Start beating on low, then gradually increase to medium-high speed, as the banana breaks down and the banana is mashed. You can use this bowl for another banana bread.
