Even chocolate bananas seem to be terrifying. This is the best way to store bananas if you want to avoid them! I can touch a little chocolate here or there, but if they become too brown and mushy, I can’t eat them with a spoon like some people. So what to do? You can make a banana smoothie, that sounds good. Or you can make soft serve banana ice cream, which is great. Or you can make this Mini and Moist Banana Muffin recipe!
Skinny Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
These mini muffins are low in moisture and soft inside. They have a taste of banana, but not easily, although they are still there. My wife who doesn’t like bananas always says “I don’t like bananas, but this is good”. See, he’s not a banana lover either!
I always bake it the next day, so I hope your family likes it as much as mine!

THIS IS A FREE ZONE. Eat food. Not a human nut. I came up with this recipe for banana bread mini-muffins during self-service snack time. That doesn’t happen often… When I gave Joey a snack consisting of banana + peanut butter, I realized: He can eat peanut butter.
They can eat nuts several times a week [if not every day]. There are thousands of children who cannot eat peanuts or peanuts because of allergies. I don’t know what I would do if Joey had a peanut allergy. In fact, I know what I’m going to do – but it won’t make life any easier with a toddler.
